Frequently Asked Questions about Corporate Events & Picnics
What power requirements do I need to have Talk of the Town at my event?
Talk of the Town rents generators for use with our inflatables and other equipment. Electric availability can vary depending on your venue – It is always best to check with a facilities manager or maintenance staff to confirm wattage, amperage, and available power.Â
How many activities should I get for my guest count?
We always recommend having enough activities for at least 50% of your guests to be engaged at any given time. You may have other activities going on (such as adult beverage service, live music, etc.), but if your inflatables and other entertainment are the main activity, 50% engagement is a great benchmark!
Will this piece of equipment fit in our venue/event space?
Site visits are a great way to ensure we have ample space and power at your venue. Our team can come out to meet you at the venue. We can come out to your space with all the equipment we need to make sure everything works! If a site visit is overkill, the most important measurements are entryway widths and heights, loading dock heights, and elevator dimensions (both the door and the cabin).Â
