Product Information:
A clean, professional shelter for backyard parties, graduations, corporate events, festivals, concessions, registrations and other outdoor gatherings. Our 10' x 20' Party Tent provides 200 square feet of covered space and can be configured as an open-air canopy or enclosed with optional side and end walls.
Rental Options
Standard rental includes the tent without side or end walls.
Need additional protection, privacy or enclosure? White side walls and end walls can be added for an additional rental fee. The modular wall system allows the tent to be configured for your event — fully open, partially enclosed or enclosed on all sides.
Capacity
The 10' x 20' tent accommodates approximately:
- 36 guests standing
- 25 guests seated theater-style
- 24 guests at three approximately 7' picnic tables
Actual capacity may vary depending on tables, chairs, serving areas and other equipment placed beneath the tent.

Side & End Walls
Side and end walls are not included in the standard open-tent rental price. They are available as an optional add-on for an additional fee.
Choose:
Open Tent — maximum airflow and an unobstructed event space
Partial Walls — add walls only where additional shade, privacy or weather protection is desired
Full Wall Package — enclose the perimeter with windowed side walls and end walls
Walls are removable and modular, so the configuration can be tailored to the event.
Important Weather Information
This is a temporary outdoor event structure. While the PVC roof provides excellent protection from ordinary rain, all tent rentals remain subject to weather and safety conditions, including wind and severe weather. Final setup and continued use are subject to safe operating conditions.
